One issue to consider when investing in DTP services is the availability of the original source files that the document was composed in. Often, a customer wants to translate a sales catalog, for example, but has its PDF version only. In cases like this, it would be desirable to be able to access the files originally used by the designers of this catalog, which have probably used some graphic design software such as Illustrator, InDesign. This would allow those responsible for DTP, to pour the translation directly onto the emptied structure of the document, instead of having to rebuild this from scratch.
The absence of source files, however, is not an insurmountable problem, since an expert team of DTP, will be able to successfully replicate the look of the original files even if he does not count on them. Whether it has original source files or not, your documents are intended for printing or simply have the need to understand a publication in a foreign language, chances are you need desktop publishing services.
